Customized fan solution: MAXventowlet
A globally operating company specializing in mobile and modular power supply systems, refrigeration systems, cooling towers, and energy services was looking to optimize its fan systems. Thanks to the tailor-made solution from Ecnity, it was not only possible to significantly reduce noise levels, but also to increase efficiency – all without making any changes to the existing space requirements.
Too loud, not powerful enough
The customer was dissatisfied with the previous fan from a competitor, as both the permissible noise level was exceeded and the performance did not meet expectations. The requirements for the new solution were clearly defined: The system had to be significantly quieter and at the same time more powerful without changing the overall dimensions. In addition, the solution had to fit perfectly into the existing installation space and offer maximum efficiency.
Ecnity supplies customized ECblue MAXvent
Ecnity developed a custom solution based on its ECblue MAXvent system. Starting with the fan housing, the flange position was modified to allow for seamless integration into the existing unit. The housing is made from hot-dip galvanized steel to ensure durability and corrosion resistance in all operating environments.
The impeller features Ecnity’s biomimetic FE2owlet blade design, reducing acoustic emissions while maximizing efficiency and performance. Paired with the ECblue motor, the system offers a state-of-the-art Bluetooth interface for easy commissioning, push terminal connections for simple wiring, and proven energy efficiency through demand-based speed control.
